Refund Policy

This refund policy is only valid for our website products & hire us plans (Not for ThemeForest Items). If you would like to request a refund, please open a ticket “Refund Request” in our support forum (You will get this option in footer). When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:

  • The Product/Service doesn’t work as promised.
  • The Product/Services has bugs.
  • The Product/Services has an important feature missing, which is mentioned on our Product/Service detail page.

No refunds will be given if your request is over 7 days after purchase.
